WOW FACTOR MISSION
In 2017, ex major leaguer Evin Einhardt created WOW Factor Baseball Training and Development. WOW Factor Nation’s mission solely focuses on the training and preparing of players in hopes of creating opportunities to play baseball at the next level.
The main focus can be found in the WOW Factor logo: Average, Power, Speed, Velocity, and Defense. Excelling in these 5 areas will give players the WOW Factor and ultimately grab the attention of college coaches and pro-scouts. Trainer Evin chose to focus on these 5 areas because it is the criteria in which players are graded when being scouted.
Wow Factor Baseball Canada has been established to bring the same experiences and exposure to young Canadian players who wish to play at the next level or internationally. The organization’s main focus is to train, develop and expose players to US colleges/universities who are on a quest for a professional commitment.
WOW Factor Baseball Canada is ALL about the training and development of players, not about the number of games won which aligns with our counterparts across the border.
Wow Factor Baseball Canada along with WOW Factor Nation, have decided to take the Wow Factor brand and process internationally to help players/kids all over Canada and the United States achieve their athletic and academic goals.

Wow Factor Baseball Canada takes pride in hiring some of the best baseball coaches in the game. We want coaches who have a love for the game and helping kids become better men on and off the field. We hold our coaches to high standards to put the best product on the field to compete on a national stage. In collaboration with Wow Factor Nation we believe the support and level of resourceful and experienced coaches creates a unique environment for high level athletes to succeed.
