Wow Factor Baseball Academy is launching August 1st 2025 with a mission by Owner/Founder Former Chicago White Sox's Pitcher Evin Einhardt to launch our first year round player development baseball academy to place as many Canadians into college and professional baseball.
“ Evin Says- I am very excited about this business opportunity to help fellow Canadians reach their dreams and goals to play this great game at the next level. In the last 5 years we have placed 905 players into college baseball and had 11 MLB draft picks. Our 2025 draft class will be a record breaker for us in signing bonus and how many current and former Wow Factor players that are projected to be drafted in 2025.

13U-18U Players
13-year-old and older players will officially be able to join our baseball academy. Wow Factor Baseball Academy is a year-round player development and exposure baseball academy with a mission to place as many Canadians into college and professional baseball.
Three Main Pillars of success for our academy
1. Development
Wow Factor Baseball's development staff includes some of the best minds in baseball. They include a current Major League Baseball performance coach and scout who works with current Major League players and a former pro scout and trainer who has worked with all levels of players.

Performance Training Coaches
Eric Yavarone
Eric played baseball at the University of Connecticut. Following his collegiate success, Eric joined Cressey Performance, working under the renowned Eric Cressey. Here, he cultivated an advanced understanding of athletic performance, focusing on the unique demands of baseball athletes. This foundational experience paved the way for Eric’s ascent into the Major Leagues, marking the beginning of a distinguished career in professional baseball. Today, Eric is a premier MLB Performance Coach and the Director of MLB Performance Scouting. With over a decade of experience training Major League Baseball players, he brings exceptional expertise to identifying the physical attributes that forecast a player's potential and success at the highest levels of the sport. His strategic role enables him to influence MLB scouting strategies significantly, guiding organizations to make precise, informed draft picks destined to become future stars.
Eric's extensive knowledge and strategic acumen are the cornerstones of Five Tool Connection. Under his leadership, we offer bespoke training programs that are scientifically advanced and deeply rooted in the practical wisdom of professional sports. Eric’s vision ensures that every athlete we train is equipped not just to perform but to excel and leave a lasting mark in the world of baseball.
Noah Huff
Noah played baseball at North Carolina Wesleyan University (NCWU). After graduating, he began his career at Northwestern University, serving as a performance coach for baseball, softball, men's basketball, and wrestling. His journey led him to the Los Angeles Dodgers, where he worked as a performance coach in player development. At the Dodgers, Noah was crucial in helping future Major League all-stars reach their dreams of playing in the MLB. He meticulously designed and implemented training routines, mobility routines, nutrition guidance, and recovery strategies to ensure players performed at their peak every night they stepped onto the diamond. Noah also conducted comprehensive assessments of the players, using the data to collaborate effectively with the pitching and hitting coaches to maximize on-field performance.
Noah’s passion is helping baseball and softball players play at the highest level, using his extensive knowledge and experience to drive their success on and off the field.
2. Exposure
Exposure is something Wow Factor doesn’t take lightly. Wow Factor Baseball is one of the most followed and watched programs in the United States. It has connections to over 500 colleges and universities in the US, all 30 Major League teams, and deep ties into some of the best sports agencies in the US.
Events Exposure- Wow Factor Baseball Academy players can access the best events in Canada and the United States. Academy players will also be able to join Wow Factor Baseball National program in the United States.
Social Media Exposure—Wow Factor Baseball is an organization dedicated to getting our players the most views by college and professional scouts through our Canadian and United States Social media accounts. Wow Factor will also work on players creating their own identities and helping them grow their own social media accounts.
3. Sign
The ultimate goal of joining Wow Factor Baseball Academy is to place each player in our academy into college or get drafted. So, signing is our third and last goal when players exit our academy to prepare for college or professional baseball. The proof is in the numbers of what we have done in the United States: 905 college commits and 11 MLB draft picks since 2020. We are very excited to bring this to Canada.

8U-12U Players
From 8U-year-olds to 12-year-old players, our academy is all about training and preparation for joining our official academy at 13 years old. We will have more information about our Junior Academy soon.
